The new Alfa Romeo Giulietta. Probably. Update: It looks like since we wrote this article this morning Alfa Romeo has made their mind up and decided this will be the Alfa Romeo Giulietta.
The BBC has released a video of the Stig test driving Britain’s first motorway pub, presumably as a way of promoting its new series of Top Gear. The video shows the Stig pull up at Beaconsfield services in a Vauxhall Insignia, before entering the Hope and Champion pub and posing for photos, and then ordering a pint of beer. However, as the Stig raises the pint to his mouth, he realises it’s not drinkable as he is still wearing his helmet.

The UK Government's proposed tax rises won't deter drivers from picking a high-CO2 car, new research by CAR reveals. We surveyed more than 1000 motorists and asked if the new charges – quadrupling the annual tax bill for some cars – would put them off so-called gas guzzlers. Surprisingly, 76 percent of drivers said it wouldn't deter them one jot.
